Park Programming and Management Services

The government authority in San Francisco, CA, requires a vendor to provide park programming and management services to design, build, develop, operate, and maintain a new transportation terminal and associated facilities. The requested scope includes designing and constructing the above-grade Transit Center with a 5.4-acre rooftop park, retail areas, a public art program, a bus ramp, a bus storage facility, a temporary bus terminal, and the core and shell of two below-grade train station levels. Additionally, the contractor must manage in-park staff, administer events, handle private event inquiries, manage park social media accounts, assist with experiential marketing applications, and develop an agency-approved yearly programming budget that stays within the annual set-aside amount for free public programming.
