Township Labor Counsel Service

The Township of Eastampton requires professional township labor counsel services on an as-needed basis for the calendar year 2027. Designated counsel must hold a license to practice law in New Jersey, maintain a bona fide office in New Jersey, and possess at least ten years of experience as a municipal labor attorney. Eligible respondents must be onshore United States organizations with demonstrated expertise in collective bargaining, PERC arbitration and mediation, ADA, FMLA, and NJ FLMA. Bidders must submit six hard copies and one electronic copy on a USB drive in PDF format to the Municipal Clerk by November 13, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. The buyer evaluates qualifications based on experience, reputation, individual qualifications, availability for meetings, and proposed cost effectiveness. Submissions must outline proposed fee schedules, including attendance at regular or special meetings, as the buyer seeks pricing proposals for budgetary evaluation.
