The Buyer seeks a vendor to provide a student groups system solution with full capability, capacity, and an established track record. The requested scope includes student club registration and membership management, financial grants administration and reconciliation, event and workshop management, incident and case management, user access and role management, and reporting, compliance, and historical record retention. Only New Zealand organizations operating onshore are eligible to submit a response to this request for information. The selected vendor will perform all required work offsite, and the buyer expects respondents to submit budget proposals for the project.
