Lottery Gaming and Instant Ticket Printing System

The State of Maine Department of Administrative and Financial Services requires a Lottery Gaming System and instant ticket printing services. The requested scope includes system implementation, associated hardware, gaming products, a communications network, marketing, sales, retailer and support services, as well as instant ticket printing, warehousing, and distribution. Only onshore United States organizations are eligible to bid. Bidders must submit electronic proposals via Vendor Self Service by December 18, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. local time, and deliver physical retailer terminal submissions to the Maine State Lottery in Augusta, Maine, by February 1, 2027, at 4:00 p.m. local time.
