Professional Environmental Consulting and Brownfield Remediation Services

The Village of Jeffersonville, Ohio, invites qualified firms to submit proposals for professional environmental consulting and brownfield remediation services for the property located at 31 Main St., pursuant to Grant No. DEV-2026-225138. The required scope includes environmental site assessment and sampling, remedial planning and regulatory coordination, removal and lawful disposal of structures, equipment, underground storage tanks, piping, contaminated soil, liquids, and other regulated materials, verification sampling, and site backfilling, grading, stabilization, restoration, and project closeout. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to bid. Bidders must submit sealed proposals no later than 4:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time on Monday, November 2, 2026, to 8 N.
