Contractual Services

The Chesapeake Bay Trust seeks consultant services to plan, facilitate, and document a community charrette focused on sustainable, nature-based stormwater solutions for the Town of Bridgeville, Delaware. The scope includes delivering a kickoff and charrette work plan, charrette planning and technical materials, and final products such as an opportunity inventory and map, a prioritized project implementation matrix, a funding sources matrix, and recommendations for town planning. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to bid. All questions must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026. Bidders must submit proposals as a single electronic file, including a narrative response and an Application Budget worksheet breaking down compensation rates and expenses. A review committee of technical experts will evaluate qualifying proposals based on proposed key personnel, the proposed approach, and the offeror's relevant experience supported by references. The maximum allowable bid is $20,000, funded by EPA Region 3. The contract term commences on a date specified in the contract and ends when all deliverables are accepted, with all work requiring completion by October 30, 2027. Work will be performed offsite at the vendor's office premises.
