Public Art Mural Services

The City of Manistee seeks a qualified artist to provide public art mural services for the 1st Street Retaining Wall. The selected vendor must develop and present a final mural design, supply all labor, equipment, and materials, execute the installation safely within an agreed timeline, apply protective anti-graffiti or UV sealant coatings, and coordinate with stakeholders. The resulting contract term will last for one year, with work performed on-site in the United States. Proposers must complete and sign all requested bid submission forms, including a Bid Form, Submission Form, Conflict of Interest statement, Insurance documentation, and requested qualifications, experience, and cost information. The opportunity is open to responsible applicants who are not in default on taxes, licenses, or other monies owed to the City. Written inquiries are due by 5:00 p.m. EST on October 15, 2026.
