Cloud-Based Closed-Loop Referral System

The Calvert County Health Department seeks a vendor to procure, implement, and maintain a secure, HIPAA-compliant, cloud-based Enterprise Digital Closed-Loop Referral System. The requested scope includes managing referrals, facilitating direct communication, supporting multi-clinic scheduling and case management, tracking metrics through real-time dashboards, migrating data, signing a Business Associate Agreement, and providing implementation, training, and ongoing support offsite. Eligibility is limited to onshore USA organizations with demonstrated experience in digital platforms, work with public health or government entities, and the capability to provide required services and three comparable references.
