South Africa - Corporate Identity System

The Transport Economic Regulator (TER) in South Africa requires a service provider to develop a comprehensive Corporate Identity System offsite. Scope items include brand discovery, logo refinement, corporate colour palette, typography, graphic elements, a corporate identity manual, stationery templates, digital branding, a brand messaging guide, an asset library, and knowledge transfer. The buyer owns all materials upon final acceptance and payment. Only South African organisations are eligible to bid. Bidders must submit proposals digitally via email or online, including a company profile, project implementation plan, pricing proposal, proposed team details, three contactable references, three project proofs, valid tax compliance status, CSD registration report, B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, and completed SBD forms. Bidders must meet all criteria in the buyer's checklist.
