Cape Light Compact JPE RFP for Commercial Energy Efficiency Program Services

The Cape Light Compact JPE requires vendors to deliver energy-related services for commercial energy efficiency programs in Massachusetts. Requested services include program management and turnkey installation for commercial retrofits, program management and QA/QC inspection services for commercial new construction, and QA/QC inspections for commercial retrofit projects.
