Galveston County Aerial Adulticide and Insecticide Application Services Request for Proposal

Galveston County is seeking qualified onshore USA aerial application contractors to provide county-wide aerial adulticide and insecticide application services for mosquito control. This service contract is intended solely for emergency use or to provide secondary support to the primary contractor under a firm-fixed-price agreement. The County reserves the right to award the contract to single or multiple vendors. Proposers must submit a completed pricing sheet detailing per-acre rates based on a 20,000-acre minimum per event, minimum charges, mobilization fees, and FAA/FAR Part 137 certification details. Responders must also provide a current certificate of insurance or a notarized statement guaranteeing commercial general liability and workers' compensation coverage. A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference takes place on November 4, 2026, at 10:00 AM CST, and questions are due by November 12, 2026, at 5:00 PM CST. Proposals must be submitted by December 1, 2026, at 2:00 PM CST.
