Master Planning Services for Damascus Campuses in Ohio, Michigan, and Maryland

Damascus requests qualifications and proposals from USA-only organizations to deliver comprehensive master planning services. The selected consultant will establish cultural and design guidelines and produce site-specific master plans for three existing campuses in Ohio, Michigan, and Maryland, including assessing facility conditions, reviewing utilities, and developing growth scenarios. The technical proposal must feature a six-month work plan, and work will be performed offsite.
