Borough Planner Professional Planning Services for the Borough of North Arlington

The Borough of North Arlington is soliciting Qualification Statements from interested firms and individuals to provide professional Borough Planner services for the calendar year 2025. The selected planner will assist borough agencies offsite with reviewing and preparing the master plan, zoning ordinance, housing plans, proposals for zoning amendments, site plan and subdivision applications, and other related planning and zoning matters. Only USA-based organizations demonstrating the capability and willingness to deliver high-quality services are eligible to apply. Applicants must submit a Qualification Statement that includes administrative information, a summary page, firm principals' details, an executed Letter of Qualification, and an executed Letter of Intent. Responses must be submitted digitally online or via email by December 3, 2026. The Borough and its Review Team will evaluate submissions based on qualification criteria, firm experience, reputation, and financial and administrative capabilities.
