Scope of work

- Provide routine weekly sweeping services across thirteen 4-week service cycles annually
- Provide as-needed cleaning, sweeping, and emergency debris removal services on an hourly rate basis
Minimum qualifications
- Must own or have access to a minimum of two operational machine sweepers
- All points of contact must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Employees must wear uniform shirts displaying the company name or logo
- Must pass annual 7-year background checks and 5-panel drug screening for assigned personnel
- Must obtain Orange County photo ID badges for staff after background approval
- Must comply with FDEP, EPA, NAPSA, OSHA, NIOSH, and Orange County Safety & Health Manual standards
