CalOptima Health Financial Auditing Services and Annual Audit Reports

CalOptima Health is seeking a certified public accounting firm to deliver annual financial auditing services and prepare corresponding annual audit reports as required by the California Department of HealthCare Services. The scope includes conducting annual audits for CalOptima and a Single Audit for its Multipurpose Senior Services Program for fiscal years ending June 30, starting with the July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027 fiscal year. The selected vendor must also evaluate financial statement presentations, assist with Management Discussion and Analysis preparations, test accounting records and IT controls, and inform the agency of accounting standard changes. Work must be performed onsite in Orange, California. Only US onshore organizations are eligible to bid. Proposers must submit proposals and questions electronically through BidNet Direct. Questions, comments, and contract exceptions are due by November 12, 2026, at 1:00 PM Pacific Time. Final proposals are due by December 7, 2026, at 1:00 PM Pacific Time. CalOptima Health expects to award a single firm-fixed-price contract for a five-year initial agreement.
