Macomb Township Request for Proposals for Daily and As-Requested Custodial Services

Macomb Township requires comprehensive custodial services for a two-year contract term. The selected vendor must provide daily cleaning at the Macomb Township Recreation Center and Department of Public Works buildings, alongside as-requested custodial services at other township facilities. Scope includes cleaning locker rooms, family changing areas, restrooms, showers, tile, grout, counters, fixtures, mirrors, and lockers, as well as restocking paper products and soap, removing trash, and cleaning graffiti. Proposals must cover all necessary labor, materials, and equipment. Only US organizations are eligible to bid. Interested vendors must attend a mandatory pre-proposal walk-through on November 13, 2026, starting at 10:00 a.m. local time. Submit any questions by November 19, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. local time. Final proposals are due by December 3, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. local time at the Macomb Township Clerk's Office. Submissions require one original paper copy, three duplicate copies, and one electronic copy on a USB flash drive in a sealed envelope, including a signature page, cover letter, plan proposal, equipment list, professional references, and cost proposal forms.
