Janitorial Services for Oakland County Beverly Hills and Waterford Facilities

The Board of Road Commissioners for Oakland County seeks proposals for janitorial services at its PVR Facility in Waterford and its Beverly Hills Facility. The scope of work includes comprehensive cleaning services such as trash removal, glass cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, restocking paper products and soap, floor care, and cleaning shower stalls and exterior steps. Work at both locations must occur Monday through Friday, and the contractor must provide a project manager available 24 hours a day by phone, text, and email. Bidders must attend a mandatory site visit on November 5, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the Waterford facility and RSVP via email. Written questions are due by the end of the business day on November 12, 2026. Bidders must upload their proposals, including all packet pages, a workplan narrative, price forms, and at least three references, to BidNet by November 24, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. ET. RCOC will evaluate proposals and award the contract to the lowest responsive, responsible supplier offering the best solution meeting all specifications.
