City of Eastpointe Emergency Medical Response and Transportation Services Request for Qualifications

The City of Eastpointe is issuing a Request for Qualifications (FD-2026-002) to secure emergency medical response and transportation services. The selected vendor must act as an independent contractor providing 24/7 advanced life support (Paramedic) and ambulance services to individuals within the agency. Additional responsibilities include conducting requested police or fire blood draws, offering low-cost continuing education training for city emergency personnel, and providing free community preparedness training to residents. Eligibility is limited to US-based onshore organizations. Applicants must hold current accreditation from the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs and maintain a Michigan Life Support Agency license, Macomb County licensing, and an operating site in Macomb County, Michigan. Proposals are due by Tuesday, November 17, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. local time, submitted either physically to the City Clerk's Office or digitally via the MITN E-Purchasing System. All written questions must be submitted no later than November 10, 2026.
