Coordinated Public Transit-Human Services Transportation Plan Services in Lowell, MA

The Northern Middlesex Council of Governments seeks a consultant to deliver coordinated public transit-human services transportation plan services in Lowell, MA. The selected consultant will design, administer, and analyze a community needs survey for riders, caregivers, and the general public. Additionally, the consultant will inventory existing transportation services, map service areas as an online web map, interpret mapping results, and formulate strategies, activities, and projects to address identified transportation needs and gaps.
