Sheridan Request for Proposals for Residence Management Services

Sheridan is soliciting proposals for complete residence management services in Ontario. Eligible respondents are onshore Canadian organizations. The selected provider will execute a one-year contract and must collaborate with Campus Living Centres to provide a uniform student experience across campus residences. Proposals require a signed Declaration Form, Pricing, and a Business Location Vendor Attestation. Submissions are scored up to 110 total points across Experience/Qualifications, Operational Management, Student Life, Safety and Security, Financial Management, Pricing, and Presentations. Digital submissions are due by December 8, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. ET, following a pre-bid meeting on November 5, 2026, and a question deadline of November 10, 2026.
