Clay County Statewide Affordable Housing Aid Request for Proposals

Clay County is seeking proposals for its Statewide Affordable Housing Aid program to preserve and develop affordable housing within its jurisdiction. Qualifying projects include emergency rental assistance for households earning less than 80% of the area median income, financial support to nonprofit affordable housing providers, and various housing construction, acquisition, and rehabilitation activities.
