Shawnee County Youth Softball Tournament Services at Envista Softball Complex

Shawnee County Parks and Recreation is seeking proposals from vendors to provide youth softball tournament services at the Envista Softball Complex for the 2027 season, spanning March 1 through October 25. Bidders may submit proposals for some or all dates, providing an estimated number of teams alongside their proposed price per game, with tournaments generally scheduled across Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. US organizations are eligible to bid. Bidders must register and submit all proposal materials electronically through the Shawnee County online bid portal by November 18, 2026, at 2:00 PM. Required application documents include a cover letter, a signed bid form, and Attachment 1 containing pricing schedules and three references from similar projects over the past five years. Awards for each tournament weekend will go to the best, most responsive bidder based on pricing, historical usage, and event diversity.
