Shawnee County Parks and Recreation Youth Baseball Tournaments Services

Shawnee County Parks and Recreation (SCP+R) is seeking proposals from US organizations to provide youth baseball tournament services at Bettis Family Sports Complex for the 2027 season, running from March 1 through October 25. Tournament games must be scheduled on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays within specified park hours, with optional weekday additions for multi-day events. Bidders must submit an estimated number of teams alongside their per-game pricing and assume financial responsibility for the full proposed amount. US organizations can submit proposals for some or all available dates. Required application materials include a signed bid form, pricing schedules, and three references demonstrating similar project experience within the last five years. SCP+R will evaluate submissions and award each tournament weekend to the best, most responsive bidder based on best pricing, historical usage, and other factors. All responses must be uploaded to the online bid portal by November 17, 2026, at 2:00 PM, and questions must be submitted through the portal prior to the cutoff date.
