Capacity Building Support Services Through the Behavioral Health Services Act

The Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health seeks qualified entities to provide offsite capacity building support services through the Behavioral Health Services Act. The scope of work spans consultation, media, evaluation, planning, facilitation, and training to educate, train, and support leadership, workforce, consumers, family members, peers, stakeholder groups, and community members without providing direct client mental health services.
