Transit Scheduling and Run Cut Support Services Utilizing the Optibus Platform

Mountain Line requires transit scheduling and run cut support services utilizing the Optibus platform for its Flagstaff, Arizona operations. The selected vendor will review existing schedules, blocks, runs, rosters, and operational parameters, assist staff in developing vehicle blocks and refining operator runs, evaluate alternative run-cut scenarios, and support weekly and bid roster preparation. Work will be performed offsite, and the buyer is looking for proposals. Only onshore USA organizations with at least five years of continuous business are eligible. Lead professionals must hold required State of Arizona licenses, certifications, or registrations, and corporate respondents must be properly certified by the Arizona Corporation Commission. Submissions are capped at 18 pages and can be submitted digitally via email or online, with all proposals requiring an authorized signature. Inquiries and questions must be submitted no later than November 4, 2026. Proposals are evaluated based on price, qualifications, conformity to the Scope of Services, resource availability, and financial capability.
