Central Linn School District 552C General Legal Counsel Services

Central Linn School District 552C is seeking proposals from qualified legal firms to provide general legal counsel services starting January 1, 2027. The selected counsel must be admitted and in good standing to practice law in Oregon, possess documented experience in public school operations and legal matters, and provide advice on labor relations, Board of Education agendas, policy legality, and judicial proceedings. Work will be performed onsite in Halsey, Oregon, and requires maintaining specific commercial general liability, excess, umbrella, and professional errors and omissions insurance. The initial contract term runs from January 1, 2027, through June 30, 2028, with annual contract approvals thereafter.
