SCADA System Upgrade, Maintenance, and Technical Support Services for Foothill Municipal Water District

Foothill Municipal Water District is requesting proposals to upgrade its Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system and provide annual maintenance and technical support. The scope of work includes furnishing and configuring SCADA software upgrades, workstation hardware, historian and alarm notification software, two AVEVA historian client software licenses, and associated subscriptions. Contractors must also migrate existing SCADA graphics, tags, historical data, alarms, trends, reports, and communications, alongside performing system testing and commissioning. Eligibility is restricted to USA-based onshore organizations. Proposals must be submitted digitally via email to Natalie Ouwersloot at [email protected] no later than 5:00 PM on December 7, 2026. Consultants must maintain required professional licenses, provide qualified key personnel, and secure specified insurance coverages, with approved service charges paid monthly within 45 days of invoice receipt.
