The buyer requires a vendor to design, develop, and implement a scalable, modular AI-powered platform that maps and analyzes global regulatory and market conditions for forcibly displaced persons. The selected vendor must monitor socio-economic regulatory environments, forecast market evolution and inclusion shifts, overlay data to find opportunity points, enable cross-sector collaboration, and deliver granular market intelligence by country, sector, and market segment. Work will occur offsite at the vendor's premises. Eligibility is worldwide to global firms. Vendors must ingest client-provided data, scrape public data sources, and identify potential third-party licensed data with line-item costs in their financial proposal. Following this Expression of Interest (EOI), shortlisted qualified firms will receive formal invitations to submit proposals for the RFP phase, subject to funding availability.
