RFQ for Special Conflict and Litigation Counsel Services for Ocean County Library System

The Ocean County Library Commission seeks sealed proposals from USA organizations to provide special conflict and litigation counsel services for the Ocean County Library System in Toms River, NJ. Vendors must comply with New Jersey equal employment opportunity requirements under N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq., as well as corporate or partnership ownership disclosure rules under P.L. 1977 C.33. Proposers must physically submit sealed responses bearing their name, address, and the solicitation title on the outside of the package. Hand-deliver or mail proposals to the Department of Purchasing at 101 Washington Street, Toms River, NJ 08753 by December 1, 2026, at 1:00 P.M. prevailing time, when the submissions will be publicly opened and read.
