Architectural Professional Services for the Central Regional School District

The Central Regional School District seeks RFP submissions from onshore USA architectural firms to provide specialized professional architectural services on an as-needed basis. The selected professional will advise the Board of Education, respond to emergency calls on the same day, and remain available during non-business hours and meetings. Eligible applicants must be licensed architect firms with at least ten years of public entity representation experience, including five years representing New Jersey public schools, and at least one licensed architect on staff focused on school districts. Applicants must submit proposals detailing assigned personnel, licenses, educational background, firm experience, references, cost information including hourly rates, a $1,000,000 professional liability insurance certificate, a Business Registration Certificate, and required state employee information filings. Proposals are evaluated based on submittal completeness, applicant qualifications, school district familiarity, relevant experience, and proposed hourly rates. Submissions must be delivered in a sealed envelope to the Board Secretary/Business Administrator's Office by 11:00 a.m. prevailing time on December 3, 2026. The contract period runs from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027, with an option to renew for one additional year.
