Kanawha Valley Regional Transportation Authority Construction Manager at Risk Services

The Kanawha Valley Regional Transportation Authority seeks proposals from USA organizations to provide Construction Manager at Risk services for a new maintenance facility and site redevelopment in Charleston, West Virginia. The scope encompasses preconstruction assistance during the 30% to 100% design phases, development of a Guaranteed Maximum Price, onsite construction, and post-construction services. Construction is intended to be performed under a GMP amendment subject to separate written authorization. An optional pre-proposal meeting takes place on November 16, 2026, and all questions are due by November 30, 2026. Preconstruction services will be compensated as a fixed amount, while the construction phase will use allowable costs and a fixed construction fee percentage established through this procurement.
