Maryland DOIT Procurement for Three Dell Pro Precision Laptops

The Maryland Department of Information Technology requires the supply and delivery of three new, unused Dell Pro Precision 5 16 PW516261 units (SI# BMN274) or equivalent equipment to replace antiquated systems. Deliveries must be shipped offsite to Crownsville, Maryland, and the contractor must provide estimated lead times without charging restocking fees for damaged or incorrect returns. Eligibility is limited to USA-based vendors certified under the GOSBA Small Business Reserve Program who hold a Master Contract under Desktop Laptop and Tablet 2015 BPO # 060B5400007. Applicants must be authorized Dell resellers and submit an LOA if requested, a Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price screenshot, valid pricing for at least 30 days, and a Mercury Affidavit if applicable. Proposals must be submitted electronically via eMaryland Marketplace Advantage by 10:00 AM EST on November 6, 2026, with written questions due by November 3, 2026. Evaluation criteria include the ability to provide equipment and support, proof of manufacturer authorization, the MSRP sheet, Mercury Affidavit, and price. Award recommendation will go to the proposal determined most advantageous to the State.
