Request for Information for Digital Payment Solutions for NYSIF Workers' Compensation Payees

The New York State Insurance Fund is issuing a Request for Information to identify innovative digital payment solutions for workers' compensation payees. The buyer needs solutions that do not require a bank account and allow payees to quickly and securely access benefit payments without incurring fees. Respondents must detail their flow of funds, authorization to operate in New York, payee enrollment, pricing structures, and co-branding capabilities. The contract period associated with this initiative will be for one year. Eligibility is restricted to onshore entities within the USA, and performance of the work will be offsite. Digital responses must be submitted via email to [email protected] or online by November 18, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Eastern. NYSIF may invite respondents to give a presentation of up to 90 minutes. This RFI is for planning purposes only and will not directly result in a contract award.
