Municipal Auditor Services for the Borough of Laurel Springs 2027 Calendar Year

The Borough of Laurel Springs seeks statements of qualification from certified public accountant firms to serve as municipal auditors for the 2027 calendar year. The selected firm will deliver municipal auditing services, advise on records compliance issues, and perform work either onsite or offsite. To be eligible, applicants must be USA organizations maintaining a current principal office in New Jersey. The firm must employ at least 15 certified public accountants licensed for seven or more years, 10 registered municipal accountants licensed for five or more years, and have 10 years of New Jersey municipal auditing experience. Applicants must also list current municipal clients, outline available special services, and provide hourly billing rates. Applicants must submit two sealed hard copies of their proposal by hand or mail to the Office of the Borough Clerk by 10:00 a.m. on November 19, 2026. Fax, telephone, or email submissions are prohibited. Written questions should be directed to the Municipal Clerk, and the Mayor and Council will make the final selection.
