Enterprise Asset Management Consulting Services for Pennsylvania Government Authority

The City of Philadelphia seeks a USA-based organization to provide offsite enterprise asset management consulting services for a government authority in Pennsylvania. The selected vendor must develop governance models, asset classifications, lifecycle practices, future-state processes, capital project prioritization, a prioritized roadmap, and an actionable Enterprise Asset Management Plan that they will execute and refine. Applicants must submit proposals electronically through eContractPhilly, including a Cost Proposal, a Statement of Financial Capacity with financial statements or IRS Form 990, Appendix C Tax and Regulatory Status, and required Chapter 17-1400 disclosures.
