Township of Ocean Professional Services for Calendar Year 2027

The Township of Ocean is soliciting proposals for various professional services for calendar year 2027 through a Fair and Open Process. Scope includes township attorney, planning board attorney, grant writing service, conflict attorney, planning board conflict attorney, township special counsel, cell tower specialist and consultant, planning board engineer, township labor attorney, planning board conflict engineer, health insurance broker, township bond counsel, and township auditor roles. Eligibility is limited to USA onshore organizations possessing the required professional, financial, and administrative capabilities. Submissions must be delivered to Michael C. Cruoglio, Municipal Clerk, by November 20, 2026, at 11:00 am. Applicants must submit 13 proposals in total (1 hard copy and 12 CDs or flash drives) for each board, along with required contact info, resume, professional license history, experience statement, fee schedule, Non-Collusion Affidavit, Owner Disclosure Information, and Proposal Checklist. Proposals will be evaluated by the Township Committee based on experience, reputation, availability, and compensation proposals.
