The Borough of Laurel Springs solicits statements of qualification to appoint a firm for municipal and consulting engineering services for the 2027 calendar year. The scope includes road programs, drainage improvements, combined sewer projects, utility upgrades, public building improvements, recreational facilities, land surveying, mapping, and grant application preparation. Performance of the work will occur onsite. Only USA organizations certified to provide engineering services in New Jersey are eligible to apply. Applicants must have a minimum of ten years of municipal consulting experience, project managers with at least fifteen years of municipal experience, a local principal office, and a staff of state-licensed professionals. Applicants must submit two copies of their proposal in a sealed envelope to the Borough Clerk by 10:00 a.m. on November 19, 2026. The submission must include hourly billing rates and a list of present municipal clients.
