Intranet Platform Implementation and Content Migration for UK HealthCare Employees

The University of Kentucky is seeking an intranet platform provider to support a cohesive digital workplace for UK HealthCare employees. The scope of work includes an implementation strategy, technical integration design, customizable visual templates, search optimization, mobile responsiveness, and single sign-on credential pass-through. The selected vendor must also migrate content to the platform and support approximately 25,000 users. Only USA-based organizations performing the work offsite at their own premises are eligible to submit proposals. Bidders must explain their pricing model and provide firm fixed price bids for mandatory services, an estimate for implementation and training, and optional service pricing.
