Salesforce Enterprise Subscription Licenses and Maintenance Services for the FDIC

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation requires Salesforce enterprise subscription licenses and maintenance services under solicitation CORHQ-26-Q-0400. The requested scope includes Govt Cloud Premier + Support for Lightning Platform Starter, Customer Community Cloud Monthly Logins, Govt Cloud Premier + Support for Customer Community, Customer Communities+ Cloud Monthly Logins, Govt Cloud Premier + Support for Customer Community+, (Einstein) CRM Analytics Plus Discovery User Licenses, and GovCloud Support for Einstein Analytics Plus Discovery. Work must be performed offsite, and eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations. The FDIC will evaluate the financial capability of potential awardees on a pass/fail basis and inspect delivered goods and services within ten business days of delivery. Selected contractors must secure required worker's compensation, comprehensive general liability, and automobile public liability insurance, and submit certificates of insurance within ten calendar days of contract execution.
