RFI for Temporary Operations and Maintenance Staffing Services

The government authority in Murfreesboro, TN requires a vendor to provide temporary operations and maintenance staffing services. The scope of work includes providing qualified personnel to support commercial, institutional, industrial, or healthcare facility systems through preventive and corrective maintenance, utility plant operations, HVAC and refrigeration work, plumbing, general multi-trade maintenance, emergency response, and system documentation. Assigned staff must be capable of supporting various shifts, including weekdays, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, rotating schedules, emergency call-backs, and continuous 24/7 coverage. Only onshore USA organizations that qualify as Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses under FAR 19.14 are eligible to bid. All work must be performed onsite at the facility location.
