Financial Advisory Services for Water System Revenue Bonds Series 2015

Azusa Light & Water requires financial advisory services to evaluate and facilitate a combined refunding and new-money issuance for the Water System Refunding Revenue Bonds Series 2015. The selected advisor will assist the City of Azusa, California, with overall debt management, including issuing new debt, refinancing existing debt, collaborating with rating agencies, analyzing market conditions, preparing annual disclosures, and reviewing debt issuance documents. Eligible offerors are onshore USA organizations capable of performing the work offsite. Applicants must submit proposals electronically via PlanetBids by 10:00 AM on Monday, November 30, 2026. All questions regarding the opportunity must be submitted no later than November 23, 2026. Prior to starting work, the selected consultant must procure and maintain required commercial general liability, automobile liability, professional liability, and workers' compensation insurance.
