Curry County Invitation to Bid for Communications Systems and Low Voltage Wiring Services

Curry County is inviting competitive sealed bids from qualified companies to provide telephone communication systems, wiring, and other low voltage cabling services for County property in Clovis, New Mexico. The selected contractor must perform electrical work including installing, repairing, terminating, and splicing communication conductors, direct burial and overhead wiring, integrated services digital network, cross-connect equipment, and VoIP switching technology equipment across new construction and existing equipment. Bidders must be USA-based organizations. All bids must be submitted electronically through BidNet by December 4, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time. Written questions regarding the specifications must be submitted via email to [email protected] no later than December 1, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Mountain Daylight Time. The contract term is set for two years from the date of award, with a County option to renew for one additional two-year period. The County will evaluate responsive and responsible bids and award the contract based on the lowest overall cost.
