Dependent Eligibility Verification Audit Services for Public School Medical Plan

The buyer requires a vendor to provide complete dependent eligibility verification audit services to protect medical plan assets, enforce eligibility rules, and maintain data integrity. The selected vendor must supply all labor, technology, communications, call center support, document management, project management, and reporting needed for the audit. Responsibilities include hosting a 24/7 web portal, collecting and reviewing eligibility documentation, managing employee affidavits, and securely transmitting termination or reinstatement files. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to bid, and all work will be performed offsite. Vendors must submit all questions no later than November 10, 2026. The vendor must also execute a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement with the District.
