Scope of work
- Provide legal advice and services to the HAGC Board of Commissioners and management
- Serve as general legal counsel for in court proceedings and litigation
- Prepare and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, leases, and motions
- Advise management on matters pertaining to legal rights and obligations
- Represent the authority for land use matters
- Provide legal guidance and assist with matters assigned for affordable housing development
- Conduct tenant grievance hearings and employee grievance conferences

Minimum qualifications
- Organized under the laws of the State of New Jersey or licensed to do business in New Jersey
