Website Accessibility, Redesign, Development, Migration, and WordPress Hosting Support Services

The buyer requires a vendor to provide website accessibility, redesign, development, migration, and ongoing hosting support services using the WordPress content management system. The selected consultant must bring the public-facing website, multimedia, electronic documents, and PDF files into conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards, migrate the site to secure U.S.-based managed WordPress hosting, and maintain separate production and staging environments. Eligible applicants are restricted to onshore U.S. organizations, and all work will be performed offsite. The buyer accepts digital proposal submissions via email or online, and a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for November 12, 2026. The resulting contract will cover a two-year period.
