Chatham County Purchase of Cisco Network Infrastructure Equipment

Chatham County, Georgia seeks a vendor to supply Cisco network infrastructure equipment to Savannah, Georgia. Requested items include a 48 Port PoE+ Switch with Network Essentials, a C9500 Redundant Power Supply, a 9500 Layer 3 Switch with Network Advantage, 1000Gbase LX/LH Singlemode Rugged Transceiver Modules, a Catalyst 9800-L Wireless LAN Controller, a 1300 Switch Rack Mount Bracket, Wire Hanging Mounts for Ceiling Mic Pros, and Cisco DNA Advantage for Wireless AP. Work performance will be onsite over a one-year contract term. Only onshore USA vendors are eligible to bid. Responsible bidders must meet required licensing, insurance, and tax certificate requirements, including holding a current Chatham County Tax Certificate. All questions must be submitted through the Bonfire procurement portal by November 9, 2026. Bids must be submitted digitally via the Bonfire portal or email by 2:00 PM on November 12, 2026. The contract will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid is most advantageous to the county, considering price and other factors.
