Adult Substance Abuse Treatment Services

The buyer requires a vendor to deliver adult substance abuse treatment services in the drug court treatment modality for male and female felony offenders voluntarily participating in the Second Circuit Court program in Honolulu, Hawaii. The selected vendor must provide a continuum of evidence-based, offender-oriented evaluation, treatment, case management, and supportive services addressing life skills, relationships, parenting, effective communication, and community resources. Additionally, the vendor must administer random and observed urinalysis at least twice monthly per client.
