Request for Quotation for Veterinary Medicines and Related Supplies

The New York Racing Association, Inc. is soliciting detailed pricing proposals from qualified vendors for the purchase and delivery of veterinary medicines, pharmaceutical products, medical equipment, and related supplies. Deliveries will go to Belmont Park Racetrack and Saratoga Race Course, with performance occurring offsite. Eligibility is limited to USA organizations. All questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted no later than November 4, 2026. Proposals will be evaluated based on a cost proposal evaluation worth 90% and vendor criteria worth 10%. The resulting contract term will last one year from execution, with sole discretion for the buyer to renew for two additional one-year periods.
