VIA Rail Enterprise Cellular Services and Managed Mobility Services

VIA Rail Canada Inc. requires enterprise cellular voice and data services and line-lifecycle connectivity services under a dual-supplier model to operate its corporate mobile fleet across Canada. The primary supplier will manage mobility services across all devices, maintain inventory in Microsoft Intune and ServiceNow, deploy and recover equipment, provide bilingual Level 1 support during business hours, and handle device refreshes and billing monitoring. Only Canadian organizations are eligible to bid, and the work will be performed offsite. The contract covers a three-year period with two one-year extension options.
