Third Party Liability Claims Administrator Services for the City of Chicago Department of Law

The City of Chicago Department of Law seeks a contractor to provide third party liability claims administrator services. The contractor must perform supervisory, administrative, and investigatory adjustment services for municipal claims across areas including auto, EMS, premises, property, bodily injury, police practice, fire, and natural disasters. Additional scope requires providing field adjusters with automobile transportation, communication equipment, and digital recording gear, as well as supplying an automated claims risk management system and performing flat-file data migration. The contract term is five years. Eligible bidders are restricted to onshore USA organizations.
